Deliberately informal, Etere is an open-air cellar, where the selection of the glass is master and the proposal of the Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli is an absolute certainty. The menu is the expression of the Mediterranean: healthy dishes based on high quality vegetables, fish and shellfish, balanced, tasty, chic, to share or to enjoy in silence for a pure moment of pleasure.
At the moment, the Rooftop is closed for the winter season. It will reopen in spring 2024.
