- Proven experience of at least 1 year as housekeeper or supervisor in 5-star hotels;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
- availability for full-time shifts;
- precision and attention to detail;
- predisposition to work in a team.

Job description:

- Ensuring, in accordance with the company's image and standards, the cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms and all common areas of the hotel;
- supporting the planning of the Executive Housekeeper;
- taking the necessary actions to resolve problems related to the state of rooms, charge errors and other inefficiencies;
- ensure compliance with company regulations and legal and statutory requirements regarding fire, health and safety.


Classification and contract level as per current standard



- Bachelor's degree in communication or humanities;

- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in event teams for luxury sector companies, with prior experience in 5-star luxury hotels considered a preferential requirement;

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and priority-setting skills;

- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA computer systems.

Job description:
  • - Interface with external clients and departments involved in event management;

    - Follow the client from the initial request to confirmation and promptly and proactively respond to their requests;

    - Assist the client from the beginning to the end of the event, ensuring its smooth execution without interruptions;

    - Support the set-up team in arranging and dismantling spaces;

    - Prepare commercial offers under the supervision of the Events Manager.
